Webcamwiz.com Sign-ups -


1. On the per sign-up program of Webcamwiz.com Partners who send legitimate unique paid sign-ups, during the campaign period, will be eligible to receive additional awards, over and above their standard payouts on condition that the Partner reaches his target.
2. Legitimate unique paid signup will be defined at Webcamwiz.com's sole discretion.
3. Per sign-up target definition - On the per sign-up program of Webcamwiz.com target calculation is based on 125% of legitimate unique paid sign ups, brought to the system during a Partner's top earning month.
4. The minimum target is set at three (3) legitimate unique paid sign ups.
5. Partners who meet their per sign-up program target are eligible to receive an additional bonus of $37.50 per legitimate unique paid sign-ups, over and above their target.
6. Revenue share target definition - On the revenue share program of Webcamwiz.com target calculation is based on 125% of a Partner's top earning month.
7. Partners who meet their revenue share program target are eligible to receive an additional bonus equal to 50% of their March 2013 earnings.
8. Partners who joined on or after March 1st 2013, or have earned less than $1 will be eligible to receive a bonus of $300 if they bring a minimum of three (3) legitimate unique paid sign ups, during the campaign period.
9. Null signups will be removed from the Partner's sign-ups sent count on a daily basis where applicable.
10. Partners that are ineligible to participate in campaign promotions, will receive their regular payment for every sign-up, and will not be eligible to receive and/or participate in this special promotion payment.
11. Bonuses will be added to eligible Partner's earnings on March 1, 2013.
12. Partners that are ineligible to participate in Partner promotions will receive their regular payment for every sign-up, and not the special campaign payouts.

General


1. The campaign takes place from March 1st, 2013 (00:00 EST) through March 31st, 2013 (23:59 EST) ("campaign period").
2. Webcamwiz.com has the sole discretion to change the dates, the payment and rules of this campaign at any time, including but not limited to disqualify Partners from this campaign due to fraudulent activity, or any violation of the Webcamwiz.com acceptable usage policy and you agree that you shall not be entitled to any compensation in such cases.
3. Webcamwiz.com reserves the right to revoke any Reward Bonuses in the event of a system error and/or illegitimate actions.
4. Chat traffic is not eligible to participate in this campaign payout.
5. Traffic generated by promoting all site brand names (such as imlive.com, sexier.com and/or any associate sites) and misspellings thereof, through Pay Per Click search campaigns, for instance in Google, Bing and Yahoo - is not eligible for the campaign Reward Bonuses payout. This includes , with no limitation, the keywords appearing in ad text, and keywords used as a 'trigger' to display the Partner ads.
